Senior Azure Virtual Desktop Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Azure Virtual Desktop Engineer to join their Global Client Infrastructure team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of Remote Application Delivery within a Service Management framework
• Oversee the resolution of major incidents and escalated issues for Remote Application Delivery
• Contribute to the technological change and maintain security and monitoring of the Remote Application Delivery environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• AZ-104 or AZ-140 certified or equivalent qualifications and experience
• 3+ years of experience implementing technical solutions in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and Azure services
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service processes and functions
