Senior B2B Content Writer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior B2B Content Writer on a contract basis, the remote role will focus on creating UX content for e-commerce, account management, and chat flows, while ensuring adherence to brand voice and accessibility guidelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Write and edit UX content, including customer-facing articles and troubleshooting tools for B2B audiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review design wireframes and implement digital experience standards
• Ensure all content aligns with style guides, SEO, and accessibility standards while supporting scrum teams in feature releases

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, or equivalent experience
• Three to five years of mid-level experience in UX writing or content design for B2B audiences
• Two or more years of experience in content strategy, user testing, and analytics
• Experience writing UX for digital spaces, such as e-commerce sales flows and mobile apps
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and project management systems (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) is a plus
