Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end partner acquisition, activation, and retention funnel strategy, the full-time Senior B2B Funnel Manager will design and optimize lifecycle funnels and partner journeys while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the execution of partner acquisition and retention strategies across various channels
- Implement and optimize automated onboarding flows and segment-specific lifecycle journeys
- Drive initiatives for CAC/LTV optimization by identifying funnel inefficiencies and enhancing partner engagement processes
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in designing and optimizing B2B acquisition, activation, or retention funnels
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and partner/customer activation mechanics
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot
- Experience with customer segmentation models to drive differentiated lifecycle strategies
- Demonstrated ability to identify funnel inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements
