Job Summary
Driving the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns, the full-time Senior B2B Growth Marketing Manager will focus on brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and implement full-funnel B2B marketing strategies for global campaigns and product launches, emphasizing demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Oversee the execution of digital campaigns across various channels, ensuring coordinated efforts to drive predictable pipeline growth while monitoring and optimizing performance metrics
- Act as the primary growth marketing strategist for internal stakeholders, managing campaign timelines and budgets, while building strong cross-functional relationships
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, particularly in tech or cybersecurity sectors
- Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, specifically HubSpot and Salesforce
- Experience with multi-channel campaign execution and performance tracking
- Ability to manage complex projects and collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment
