Job Summary
Experienced marketers will find a full-time salaried Senior B2B Integrated Marketing Manager opportunity focused on driving pipeline growth through the execution of multi-channel demand generation strategies and optimizing digital campaigns in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of integrated growth strategies that align brand awareness with demand generation efforts
- Manage digital campaigns, implementing A/B testing and real-time adjustments to maximize lead quality and ROI
- Develop a content ecosystem to educate brokers and HR, transforming prospects into advocates through compelling narratives
Required qualifications
- 8-10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, preferably in B2B Healthcare or employer benefits markets
- Proven ability to think strategically while executing hands-on marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of complex healthcare and financial concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
