Job Summary

Driving demand generation strategies, the full-time Senior B2B Growth Marketing Manager will develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance lead generation and engagement across various healthcare market segments in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a demand generation roadmap and integrated marketing programs across multiple channels
  • Own end-to-end B2B campaign management and lead generation strategy, including defining ideal customer profiles
  • Manage multi-channel email programs for lead nurturing and collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in B2B demand generation campaigns, preferably in healthcare-related industries
  • 6+ years of experience managing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in paid media, SEO, email marketing, and social channels
  • Proven ability to drive projects independently and manage budgets for complex campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree required
