Senior B2B Tech Copywriter

Job Summary

Leading the copywriting function remotely, the full-time Senior B2B Tech Copywriter will manage a team of conversion copywriters, define copy strategy, and design AI-powered systems to enhance output and drive revenue from the Lead Gen Initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure copy quality and consistency across customer-facing assets
• Design and own AI-powered copywriting systems to scale output effectively
• Lead and mentor the copywriting team, conducting performance reviews and 1:1s

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in copywriting, with 3+ years in B2B tech/SaaS or similar industries
• Proven experience leading AI adoption and workflows in copywriting or marketing
• Experience with North American-based tech companies, either in-house or agency
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Expertise in conversion and direct-response copywriting across various formats
