Senior B2B Tech Copywriter

Job Summary

Leading the copywriting function as a strategic, AI-augmented leader, the full-time Senior B2B Tech Copywriter will manage a team of conversion copywriters and collaborate with various departments to define copy strategy and develop AI-powered systems that enhance output in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Brand, Growth Product, SEO, SEM, Design, and Engineering to ensure copy quality and consistency across all customer-facing assets
• Design and own AI-powered copywriting systems, including custom GPTs and workflows, to scale output
• Lead, mentor, and develop the copywriting team while defining copy strategy and proposing improvements across owned channels

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in copywriting roles, with 3+ years in B2B tech/SaaS or similar fast-paced industries
• Proven track record leading AI adoption and AI-powered workflows in a copywriting or marketing context
• Experience working for North American-based tech companies, in-house or agency
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Expertise in conversion and direct-response copywriting across various platforms, including email and landing pages
