Senior B2B Tech Copywriter

Job Summary

Leading the copywriting function, the full-time Senior B2B Tech Copywriter will drive revenue through AI-augmented systems, manage a team of conversion copywriters, and collaborate with various departments to ensure copy quality and consistency in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Brand, Growth Product, SEO, SEM, Design, and Engineering teams to maintain copy quality across customer-facing assets
• Design and manage AI-powered copywriting systems to enhance output scalability
• Lead and mentor the copywriting team, conducting performance reviews and 1:1s

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in copywriting, with at least 3 years in B2B tech/SaaS
• Proven experience in leading AI adoption and workflows in copywriting or marketing
• Experience with North American-based tech companies, either in-house or agency
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Expertise in conversion and direct-response copywriting, including A/B testing and Voice-of-Customer research
