Job Summary

Leading BairesDev's copywriting function, the full-time Senior B2B Tech Copywriter will manage a team of conversion copywriters, define copy strategy, and design AI-powered systems to enhance revenue from the Lead Gen Initiative in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure copy quality and consistency across customer-facing assets
• Design and own AI-powered copywriting systems to scale output effectively
• Lead and mentor the copywriting team while defining brand voice and copywriting frameworks

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in copywriting, with 3+ years in B2B tech/SaaS or similar industries
• Proven experience leading AI adoption and workflows in copywriting or marketing
• Experience with North American-based tech companies, either in-house or agency
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Expertise in conversion and direct-response copywriting across various digital platforms
