Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end execution of email and SMS marketing strategies, the full-time Senior B2C Marketing Manager will build and optimize user funnels, drive continuous experimentation, and manage customer journeys to convert free users into paying subscribers in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer journeys, campaigns, and lifecycle communications for email and SMS channels
- Build and optimize landing pages, signup flows, and checkout experiences to enhance conversion rates
- Develop and oversee a testing roadmap to drive experimentation and analyze revenue impacts
Required qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in B2C email, growth, CRM, or conversion marketing, preferably in subscription or e-commerce
- Proven experience building and managing SMS marketing programs, including compliance and deliverability
- Strong background in optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels with measurable results
- Ability to independently drive projects from concept to execution with a focus on revenue goals
- Analytical skills to interpret performance data and inform testing strategies, with proficiency in spreadsheets; SQL knowledge is a plus
