Senior Back End Developer
Job Summary
To support the Banking Platform Team, the remote Senior Back End Developer (C#) will lead the design and delivery of complex features, drive the migration from monolith to microservices, and utilize AI-assisted development tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead design and delivery of complex features, from ideation to production
- Proactively identify problems and drive technical decisions with minimal oversight
- Produce clear documentation for API consumers and drive automated test coverage for components
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience building web apps/backend APIs in C#
- Proven experience making architectural decisions and owning technical trade-offs
- Strong knowledge of OOD principles and classic design patterns
- Experience with microservices architecture and modernizing legacy systems
- Familiarity with unit & integration testing frameworks (NUnit/xUnit, FluentAssertions, Moq)
