Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Back End) for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with analysts and designers to develop new software applications and tools, automate business processes
- Write, translate, and code software programs, applications, scripts, and testing frameworks according to standards
- Run performance tests on software, analyze results, and provide solutions for improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Development
- 3+ years of experience using SQL Databases such as MS SQL, Postgres, MySQL, or similar
- Experience in Object-Oriented Languages such as C++, C#, or Java
- Experience with tools for Software Versioning Control such as Git, SVN, Mercurial, or VSTS
