Senior Back End Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Back End Engineer to design and develop foundational systems for AI-powered products.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable backend systems and infrastructure
• Improve platform performance focusing on scalability, reliability, and security
• Contribute to open-source projects and optimize data pipelines

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in building and deploying mission-critical REST/RPC services
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, deployment pipelines, and system-level debugging
• Expertise in designing and maintaining scalable SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience contributing to or maintaining open-source projects is a plus
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
