Key Responsibilities

• Ship back-end code, owning and releasing new features and updates on an aggressive product roadmap
• Ensure code quality meets high engineering standards and performs well under increased usage
• Lead the design and architecture of new features, managing the development process from start to finish

Required Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience as a back-end engineer
• 3-5 years in a dev lead or similar role
• 5-10 years of experience with Node as the primary environment
• High standards for code quality and a passion for programming
• Effective in a remote-work environment
