Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Back-End Software Engineer, Infra.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and modernize the Rails stack, focusing on performance optimization and security enhancements
• Build internal tools, SDKs, and libraries to enhance developer experience and infrastructure scalability
• Collaborate with front-end teams and SREs to support performance and reliability initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Ruby on Rails, particularly in infrastructure and architectural improvements
• Solid experience with MySQL and/or Postgres
• Proven track record of enhancing performance, scalability, and system reliability
• 5+ years of experience in a back-end engineering role, ideally focused on infrastructure or platform systems
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
