Senior Back-End Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance data infrastructure, the full-time Senior Back-End Engineer will design and build automated data pipelines, improve data quality, and develop internal tooling, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build automated data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
• Improve data quality, validation, and monitoring across production systems
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand data needs and build scalable solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in backend or data engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, particularly in PostgreSQL and BigQuery
• Experience designing and maintaining automated data pipelines
• Familiarity with data quality frameworks, validation, and monitoring
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform
