Senior Back End Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance the development of identity and access management systems, the full-time Senior Back End Engineer (Node.js/TypeScript) will take ownership of end-to-end feature development while collaborating with a skilled team in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of end-to-end development of key features in identity and access management
• Optimize and scale authentication and authorization systems using OAuth, JWT, SAML, and WebAuthn
• Drive technical excellence and shape the architecture of the platform by collaborating with a cross-functional team

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as a Backend Developer, specializing in NestJS and Node.js
• Experience in high-scale production environments
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to lead development of new features
• Experience with authentication, security, and identity management
• Familiarity with AWS, Kafka, Redis, MySQL, OAuth, JWT, and TypeScript
