Job Summary

To support a growing technology platform, the full-time Senior Back End Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable Elixir services, ensuring high-quality code and system performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Elixir services core to operations and member experiences
• Own large-scale system components from architecture to deployment, ensuring clean and well-documented code
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define technical solutions that align with business goals

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience
• Experience building and shipping high-quality work with high reliability
• Experience improving quality through code reviews, testing, and monitoring
• Experience leveraging coding agents (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot)
