Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Back Office Analyst to provide multifaceted support in the credit card payment processing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts, including updates, audits, and reconciliation reporting
  • Research and resolve escalated inquiries from customers or upper management
  • Act as a subject matter expert between the Back Office Team and Product Development Team
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with an Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience in the Payments Processing industry
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
  • Subject matter expert in analysis, investigation, and preparation of financial reports
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
