Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Back Office Analyst to provide multifaceted support in the credit card payment processing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts, including updates, audits, and reconciliation reporting
- Research and resolve escalated inquiries from customers or upper management
- Act as a subject matter expert between the Back Office Team and Product Development Team
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with an Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience in the Payments Processing industry
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Subject matter expert in analysis, investigation, and preparation of financial reports
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
