Senior Backend API Developer
Job Summary
To support the development of enterprise software solutions, the contract Senior Backend API Developer will focus on building cloud-native microservices and REST APIs using Java or Python, while also leveraging Golang, and will work remotely on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable cloud-native microservices and secure REST APIs for enterprise integrations
- Implement containerized deployments and CI/CD automation using tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to participate in architecture discussions and code reviews
Required qualifications
- Strong professional experience developing enterprise backend applications using Java or Python, with knowledge of Golang
- Hands-on experience in designing scalable microservices and enterprise system integrations
- Proficient in containerized deployments, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD automation
- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills in Linux/Unix environments
- Experience in telecommunications and familiarity with TM Forum Open APIs is highly desirable
