Senior Backend Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Backend Developer for AEM Edge Delivery Services (EDS).

Key Responsibilities

• Implement backend solutions for AEM and EDS, including Sling Models, OSGi services, and content APIs
• Develop and integrate backend logic with external systems, managing secure endpoints and services
• Lead CI/CD pipelines and ensure observability, security, and compliance in cloud environments

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of software engineering experience; 6+ years with AEM; 4+ years with AEM Cloud Service and EDS
• Strong skills in Java 11+/17, Sling, OSGi, JCR, Oak, and AEM Core Components
• Experience with REST/GraphQL API design and integration patterns
• Proficiency in DevOps practices including CI/CD and cloud monitoring
• Knowledge of security practices such as OAuth2/OIDC and secure headers management
