Senior Backend Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Backend Developer will enhance and maintain backend components for Tether's platform, focusing on new product features, scalability, and security while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to translate requirements into practical architectures
• Improve existing core backend services written in NodeJS and implement new solutions for core services
• Write complex database queries for compliance and financial purposes

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience working with Javascript/Node.js
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Active participation in the development of a complex platform
• Experience interacting with databases (MySQL, MongoDB)
• Good understanding of security practices
