Senior Backend Developer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Backend Developer will develop and maintain internal frameworks, ensuring system reliability and scalability while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the internal LLM agent framework with a focus on scalability and processing
• Ensure system observability and reliability using metrics, tracing, and monitoring tools
• Adapt frameworks for specific customer use cases and collaborate with ML/NLP teams

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of production experience with Python
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with async Python frameworks such as FastAPI or aiohttp
• Experience debugging issues across service boundaries
• Ability to work with partially defined tasks and evolving requirements
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in development and troubleshooting
