Senior Backend Developer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Backend Developer will develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and databases while collaborating with a technically strong team in a fully remote environment across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the internal LLM agent framework with a focus on scalability and processing
• Ensure system observability and reliability using metrics, tracing, and monitoring tools
• Adapt the framework for specific customer use cases while collaborating closely with ML/NLP teams

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of production experience with Python
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with async Python (FastAPI, aiohttp, or similar frameworks) in production
• Ability to debug issues across service boundaries
• Experience working in fast-changing, high-uncertainty environments
• Open to using AI tools in daily development and troubleshooting
