Senior Backend Developer
Job Summary
To support a growing fintech infrastructure, the fully remote Senior Backend Developer will own backend architecture across large-scale microservice platforms, lead complex integrations with payment providers and blockchain networks, and drive performance and scalability efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Own backend architecture and oversee system design, API contracts, and data flow for multiple microservices
- Lead integrations with third-party APIs, payment systems, and blockchain networks, ensuring reliability in production
- Drive performance improvements by identifying bottlenecks, optimizing database queries, and implementing caching strategies
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of production experience in backend development using TypeScript/Node.js
- 2+ years of experience with NestJS in a production environment
- Deep expertise in PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and complex integrations
- Production experience with blockchain technologies and AI-driven development tools
