Senior Backend Developer
Job Summary
Focused on building scalable and reliable backend services, the full-time Senior Backend Developer will work primarily remotely, with occasional office visits, to design and develop AI-driven solutions and complex backend systems for Contact Center and Unified Communications products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality backend solutions that are scalable and maintainable
- Build and evolve backend APIs and services for AI-driven features and Contact Center orchestration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver robust product capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development with strong API and distributed services expertise
- Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java, C#, C/C++, or Kotlin
- Solid experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design and data access patterns
- Understanding of AI-enabled systems and integration with ML and AI components
