Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Backend Developer to join a primarily remote team focused on building scalable, reliable backend services for AI-driven experiences and Contact Center products, where the candidate will design, develop, and implement high-quality backend solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable and maintainable backend solutions aligned with company standards
- Build and evolve AI-driven backend services and APIs for Contact Center orchestration and routing
- Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver robust product capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development with strong expertise in building modern APIs and distributed services
- Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java, C#, C/C++, Kotlin, or .NET
- Solid experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design and data access patterns
- Understanding of AI-enabled systems and integration of backend services with ML and AI components
