Job Summary
Working primarily remotely with occasional office visits, the full-time Senior Backend Developer will design and develop scalable backend solutions for AI-driven experiences and Contact Center products, focusing on real-time data flows and integration-heavy architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable backend solutions aligned with company standards
- Build and evolve AI-driven backend services and APIs for Contact Center orchestration and routing

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
