Senior Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, deploy, and maintain high-quality backend code in PHP on the LAMP stack
• Implement and maintain support for MFT protocols including SCP, FTPS, FTPeS, and SFTP
• Drive Agile development processes and contribute to architectural decisions for platform performance

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship
• 10+ years of backend development experience, ideally in a SaaS or infrastructure-heavy environment
• Expert-level experience in PHP and LAMP stack development
• Strong familiarity with secure file transfer protocols: SCP, FTPS, FTPeS, SFTP
• Extensive demonstrated experience with Jira administration and workflow design
