Senior Backend Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a GMT+2 time zone, the full-time Senior Backend Engineer will develop, maintain, and optimize solutions for DMP, DSP, SSP, and Adserver while collaborating closely with the core engineering team to design scalable systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend solutions for advertising technologies
• Optimize database technologies and user profiling methods to enhance system performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition monolithic applications into microservices

Required qualifications

• Strong experience with Clojure, ClojureScript, or other functional programming languages
• Comprehensive AWS experience, including CI/CD and services like S3, RDS, and EC2
• Proficient in PostgreSQL and Redis, with a focus on database optimization and data modeling
• Experience building data pipelines and handling large datasets
• Advanced English proficiency and strong communication skills
