Senior Backend Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the legacy Invicti ASPM platform, the contract Senior Product Support Engineer / Backend Engineer will provide long-term engineering support, resolve production issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve customer-reported production issues and technical escalations
• Develop and deliver bug fixes, maintenance releases, and security updates for the platform
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Support, and SRE teams to ensure platform reliability and improve existing components

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Go
• Experience with Python, FastAPI, and microservices architectures
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and experience with databases such as MongoDB and Redis
• Familiarity with secure software development practices and troubleshooting production incidents
