Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Backend) for a remote full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design, architecture, and development of scalable systems and services
Solve complex infrastructure problems, drive product architecture design, and conduct post-mortems
Recommend tools, technologies, and processes, handle infrastructure upgrades, and contribute to continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of programming experience
1+ years experience with PHP, 2+ years experience with MySQL or similar technology
Strong understanding of database schema design, caching, scalability, and distributed systems
Experience with full-stack observability tools like New Relic is strongly preferred
BS or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical field
