Job Summary

- Lead the architecture of a specific domain to scale along with the business
- Collaborate with the product team to build, test, and deploy new functionality for customers

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer in early-mid startups
- Proven track record of shipping code to production and owning the development process
- Experience in software design and architecture to implement scalable solutions
- Ability to lead and communicate effectively with team members
- Willingness to work remotely with at least 4 hours of overlap with EST time zone
