• Integrate LLMs, OpenAI models, and RAG techniques into the AI platform for real-time customer engagement
• Lead the design and deployment of modular and scalable backend systems on AWS using Python

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of professional software development experience, with 1-2 years in AI solutions
• Experience with OpenAI, LLMs, and RAG
• Expertise in Python (Flask, SQLAlchemy) and building modular APIs
• Deep understanding of relational databases and AWS architecture
• Experience mentoring and leading engineering teams
