Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Rails development experience
• 3+ years of experience in PostgreSQL querying and schema architecture
• 3+ years of database architecture experience
• Knowledge of Rails internals and techniques for scaling high-performance apps
• Experience with Rails apps that are not solely dependent on their database
