Key Responsibilities

• Drive cross-product impact by building backend features that enhance acquisition, monetization, and retention metrics
• Architect scalable backend solutions using Laravel APIs and optimize database performance for high user loads
• Lead the development of AI-driven experiences and support rapid experimentation through feature flags and analytics tracking

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience, particularly with PHP and/or Laravel framework
• Advanced PostgreSQL skills, including query optimization and performance tuning
• Experience with agile methodologies and delivering incremental backend solutions
• Strong understanding of backend optimization, testing, and CI/CD practices
• Proactive in recommending improvements to backend technologies and architecture
