Senior Backend Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive large, complex projects autonomously from technical design to launch
- Lead code reviews, documentation, and tackle complex bug fixes
- Mentor junior team members and partner across engineering teams on initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in building and developing backend applications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Computer Science
- Senior-level experience with languages such as Java, Python, Kotlin, Go, or Scala
- Understanding of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and experience with public cloud offerings
- Experience with database technologies and crafting scalable micro-services
