Senior Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (Python Developer).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to define and validate new features
• Design and implement microservice endpoints using Python or Java and manage service builds and deployments
• Mentor other developers and participate in code reviews and interviews for new candidates

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of web development experience, preferably in Python, Java, or Kotlin
• Proficiency in SQL database design and interaction
• Knowledge of RESTful API principles and conventions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Passion for building innovative and scalable solutions
