Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement large-scale backend microservices for millions of concurrent players
• Monitor system health and respond to failures to ensure a smooth online experience
• Collaborate with distributed teams to improve system quality and deliver features efficiently

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in backend development for MMO or high-volume distributed services
• Fluency in a functional language (Erlang/Elixir) and a multi-paradigm language (Go)
• Strong understanding of network communication, resource scaling, and automated deployment
• Proficiency with Linux, container-native development, CI/CD, and debugging in network environments
• Thorough understanding of building highly available, at-scale backend systems and caching strategies
