Senior Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (Elixir).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of major team-scoped projects and participate in cross-team initiatives
• Maintain a good understanding of the team's domain and contribute to the shared codebase
• Mentor other engineers and investigate improvements to the platform

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Backend Engineer working with Elixir
• Experience with Postgres or similar databases
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Github, or Jenkins
• Experience in debugging and solving technical and business issues
• Ability to design and implement APIs with a focus on performance and scalability
