Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that drive team metrics
Document, develop, refactor, deploy, and operate APIs and backend systems using Java
Optimize existing code and backend systems for improved performance and reliability

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer
3+ years in a product-driven environment
Strong expertise in Java 21 and proficiency in Spring Boot 3/4
Experience with JPA/Hibernate ORM and debugging systems in production
Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading complex projects
