Senior Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to develop their product and unique features.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance product features while collaborating with the Product team
• Own the development cycle from technical design to deployment and monitoring
• Work in a continuous delivery environment with automated QA processes on a microservices architecture

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a software engineer with a focus on backend development
• Strong knowledge of software design and scalable architecture
• Experience with testing methodologies such as unit-testing and TDD
• Proficiency in relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Familiarity with Kotlin, Scala, or Java and experience with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms is a plus
