Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver key product features from design through deployment, collaborating with design, product, and other stakeholders
• Mentor and support engineers, reinforcing high engineering standards across the team
• Ship high-performing and resilient APIs, maintaining a high standard of quality across the codebase

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with Python backends (ideally Django)
• Proven production experience with relational databases (MySQL preferred)
• Computer Science degree or equivalent
• Ability to work autonomously in a startup environment
• A rigorous approach to software quality, including writing tests
