Required Qualifications

• Strong software engineering experience, preferably in Java, with a focus on fullstack or backend development
• Passion for operational excellence, including CI/CD optimization and metrics collection
• Experience with CI build tools (GitHub Actions, Maven, Docker) and automation (Shell/Python)
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and deliver impactful solutions
• Experience in developer experience tools and process optimization
