Senior Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to design and scale backend systems for their charter aviation platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build backend services and scalable RESTful APIs
• Maintain PostgreSQL schemas and optimize data flows for real-time decision making
• Collaborate with frontend engineers and product teams to integrate backend systems with user-facing workflows

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of backend engineering experience
• Proficiency in Node.js and Express
• Experience with AWS services and DevOps tooling in production environments
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
