Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of backend engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a senior-level role
• Expert-level proficiency in Ruby on Rails and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
• Strong expertise in background job processing with Sidekiq and caching with Redis
• Experience with API design, distributed systems, and AWS services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced remote startup environment
