Senior Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (Elixir).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of major team-scoped projects and participate in cross-team initiatives
• Provide feedback and suggest solutions during product work, contributing to product improvements
• Design and implement APIs with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Backend Engineer working with Elixir
• Experience with Postgres or similar databases
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, GitHub, or Jenkins
• Experience in debugging and solving technical and business issues
• Ability to mentor and provide guidance to other engineers
