Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join its core Platform team in the Web3 and DeFi sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable distributed backend systems
• Manage backend services throughout their entire lifecycle
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape product decisions and strategy

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in designing and building distributed backend systems
• Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns
• Professional experience with Python 3
• Experience with containerized systems (Docker & Kubernetes) and cloud environments (AWS)
• Hands-on experience with blockchain systems, dApps, or smart contracts is highly preferred
