Senior Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (Elixir).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of major projects and participate in cross-team initiatives for HR and Payroll products
• Provide feedback and suggest improvements during product work and code reviews
• Mentor other engineers and investigate improvements to the platform

Required Qualifications

• Strong engineering fundamentals with experience in shipping secure, reliable, and scalable production systems
• Practical experience with automation workflows and system design
• Experience with Postgres or similar databases
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitLab, GitHub, or Jenkins
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, and frontend frameworks is a plus
